Privacy policy

How AI Workflow Compare handles decision-tool data, calculator inputs, audit enquiries, optional analytics, and integration processing.

Who operates this site

AI Workflow Compare is a UK-facing B2B decision-tool site for comparing AI workflow and automation options. Privacy requests can be made through the book-audit form by clearly stating that the enquiry is a privacy request, including deletion or export requests.

What data is collected

The site may collect quiz answers, quiz results, ROI calculator inputs and outputs, audit form details, source page, UTM parameters, and limited technical context such as user agent. Audit form details may include name, email, company, phone, website, team size, current tools, monday.com usage, workflow problem, desired outcome, urgency, and consent.

Quiz and calculator data

Quiz and ROI calculator results are stored in your browser using localStorage, and future tool handoffs may use sessionStorage, so results can be shown later on the audit page. If database saving is enabled, anonymous or pseudonymous tool sessions may also be saved to Neon Postgres. Tool sessions are not intended to include name, email, company, phone, or website unless later attached to a lead after form submission.

Audit form data

When you submit the audit form, the information you provide is used to review workflow fit, respond to your enquiry, calculate a lead score, and suggest a practical next step. Lead submission requires explicit contact consent in the form. The form works even if analytics cookies are rejected.

Storage and processors

The site uses Neon Postgres for database storage. If configured, Resend may process internal lead alert emails, monday.com may receive audit lead details for workflow follow-up, and PostHog may process consented analytics events. These optional integrations are environment-variable gated and should not run unless configured.

Analytics and cookies

Essential browser storage is used for quiz results, ROI results, and cookie preference storage. Optional analytics through PostHog only runs after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not block core site usage. Continuing to use the site does not count as analytics consent. You can reset your preference using Cookie settings in the footer.

What analytics does not include

Analytics events should not include name, email, phone, company, website, or free-text workflow problem details. Analytics may include route, event type, quiz result category, ROI bands, lead score band, recommended offer category, and similar non-identifying product usage signals.

Why data is used

Data is used to provide quiz and calculator outputs, save audit enquiries, respond to requests, assess implementation fit, improve the site, understand aggregate funnel performance where analytics consent exists, and maintain records of submitted enquiries.

Retention

Anonymous or pseudonymous tool sessions may be retained for up to 12 months. Lead and audit enquiry records may be retained for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested or there is a legitimate reason to keep a record for longer, such as resolving a dispute or maintaining business records.

Deletion and export requests

You can request deletion or export of personal data by submitting the book-audit form and stating clearly that the message is a privacy request. Include the email address used in your enquiry so the relevant records can be located.

Partner and commercial context

AI Workflow Compare may offer monday.com audit and implementation services where monday.com appears to fit the workflow. The comparison, quiz, and calculator content is designed to recommend other categories where they are a better fit.
